Vitamin D levels that mothers have could make their babies more apt to have Multiple Sclerosis
This is a great theory, I was born in Wisconsin during the dead of winter. And 53 yrs later I had very low Vitamin D levels and got MS. Low D and my trigger was that I had Mono before the age of 15. Then add chronic stress and it was the perfect storm.

My fathers' book "The Stone Horse & Droshki" by Ken De Villers

The memoirs of Colonel General Yuri D. Danilov, born in the Ukraine,
Father an American full blood Oglala Sioux Indian. Mother a Ukrainian with
a close relationship to the Nikita Khrushchev family. Yuri Spends his
boyhood in Kiev, the Ukraine.

At age twenty he fly’s jet fighters as a member of the US Air Force in the
Korean War. He is recruited as a secret agent for the Soviet KGB. Leaving
Korea he is assigned to Edwards Air Force Base, California. In the late
1960’s he works on a top secret CIA project which develops the new
Lockheed U-2 spy plane. The CIA then uses these high flying jet planes
to over-fly the Soviet Union and gather data and photographs of secret
USSR military installations. In 1960 Yuri enables the Soviet air defense
to shoot down a CIA U-2 flown by Francis Gary Powers as it soars
over a Soviet military Base. When the CIA begins an investigation
looking for a suspected Soviet spy in US military ranks the KGB orders him
to return to Moscow.

Returning to his homeland he is allowed to serve in the Soviet Air Army.
Six months later Yuri is part of a group led by Premier Anastas Miloyan
which secretly meets in Mexico with US Attorney General Robert Kennedy
and a US delegation. In a long private session the two countries resolve
the dangerous October 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis. In 1965 Yuri helps train
North Vietnam MIG pilots and he flies several combat missions against the
Americans. In December 1979 he commands all the Soviet Air Regiments
during their Intervention into Afghanistan. He serves four years in the war
and after being badly wounded he is transferred back to Moscow for
medical treatment.

During his long military career servicing in two super powers Air Force’s
he gets to meet Mikhail Gorbachev, Boris Yeltsen, Cosmonaut Yuri
Gagarin, Chuck Yeager and other notable aviation figures.

Yuri’s memoirs relate the inside view of the deadly political intrigue during
Soviet government secret changes. The USSR is a closed society
thus most of these events were never known to the Soviet people or the
world. We also follow his awaking to the failure of the Communist system.
Lastly this story relates the lasting love and devotion between Yuri and his
wife, the beautiful Japanese-Russian, Eiko Haraoka.

My book "The Eve Chronicles" by Diane DeVillers begins in the Wallowa Mts. in eastern Oregon
My book "The Eve Chronicles" by Diane DeVillers begins in the remote forests of the Wallowa Mts in eastern Oregon where I began my journey working as a forester doing timber inventory in some of the most remote locations in the nation. Living in my tent in a camp of five other mismatched foresters during the early eighties. It was the closest I have been to living
the life of a vagabond.

Joni Mitchell's 'The last time i saw RIchard" is a bitter sweet love song
Joni Mitchell's 'The last time i saw Richard" was in Detroit and he told me, all romantics meet the same fate, one day, drunk and boring someone in a dark cafe. "Listen,  love can be so sweet"

Trump handlers staging speeches  Trump is now reading his speeches from teleprompters, and it's obvious his handlers are staging his speeches. No mention of building the wall, no insults to women, gays, Hispanic's. Don't believe the fake Trump. His true colors are showing through. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.
He's reading other people's words. Donald come on, cut the corn.

When Hippies Roamed the Earth. A movement that is still changing the world
The hippy generation started many good things, brotherly and sisterly love, equal rights for people of color, women's liberation, environmental awareness, alternative energies, anti-war belief, organic foods, and enjoying themselves. Many former generations did not like them, in fact "Punch the Hippy" was a sport.
But in the end they made the world evolve, become more conscious of the fact that we are on this earth to love one another. The stigma of using marijuana is now becoming more excepted in states that are legalizing it. Our music opened more minds across the world and is still influencing the next generation.
Loving Mother earth and Father sky, loving each of God's children, how can that be bad?

Trump's Trojan Horse
Trump's Trojan Horse is  his attempt to appear more presidential and more conservative. Don't fall for his trickery, he's neither.

Trump is a misogynist.
Top democratic spokesperson Debbie Wasserman-Schultz called Donald Trump a misogynist, that's just the tip of the iceberg. This man has insulted and degraded women, Hispanic's, to name a few. This guy can't keep his mouth shut. He can't be presidential, it's not in him. "You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear" has never been so true.
Empowering women and girls has never been needed as badly as it is now. Vote with your heart.

Trump is insane
The media didn't ask the right questions of Trump and were easy on them. Without being a celebrity Trump would sound like a lunatic in the park.

With seven billion people in the world, the GOP wants to shut down Planned Parenthood.

The war on women continues, the GOP keep trying to shut down Planned Parenthood. Trying to keep women pregnant and in the kitchen, like the good ole days huh? Well, Pandora's box has been opened and there's no turning back.
Women are the majority in this country and we will change this country, and it's a long time coming.

Trump: in his own words,10,25,50,100,150,250&amount=5
Listen to Trump's misstatements, the insults, against Hispanic's, women, and disabled to name a few. Watch him swear and act un-presidential. Do we want this man to be our President? Our leader?
He's called women slobs, fat, nasty. He's an embarrassment. You be the judge.
If Trump would become our President, I am going to bug out for four years and hope he doesn't get us into a war because of his ignorance.

Political Naivety of Millennials? Offers of free stuff from Sanders
Exactly, millennials need to hear things like Revolution or free tuition, but Sanders doesn't talk about how he's going to make things happen. Don't be swayed by idealist talk, look at the facts. Hillary Clinton has far more experience and is known worldwide. Sanders has a narrow scope that for some reason he is taping into the group of people who don't want a woman President.

Just like when she lost to Obama, many people have been angry for eight years, and its because Obama is black. No wonder increases in white supremacist's and haters come out of the wall due to a black man being our President.
Many men don't share Hillary's vision to make people of color and women empowered, in fact it scares them.
Hillary and the whole baby boomer generation of women have worked toward this day for decades and see having our first woman president, something they want to see now. It's our turn! What would your mother and grandmother want? Why isn't it the time to empower women? Why not?
For this boomer, I say a vote for Hillary is a vote for the power of womankind. It's that simple. Either you are ready for it or not. But don't say we have a lot of time for our first woman President, the time is now, and you have the candidate. What else is stopping you?

Watch what an opponent does for a disabled man
The coach puts in the teams manager, a developmentally disabled boy, and look what the opponent did at the end of the same. There is always kindness in the world, we just have to look for it, or be that kindness.
And there it is, it makes someone's day

Can high levels of Vitamin D slow down the immune stysem in people with Multiple Sclerosis?
High levels of Vitamin D, 10,000 a day, could help ramp down the immune system which could help deflate the progression of MS. When i moved to Oregon and experienced the dismal, dark days of winter, my Vitamin D levels got dangerously low. There is some research that low levels of Vitaman D can be part of what causes MS. That and the fact i was exposed to a virus or toxin by the age of 15, which was Mono. These two combination could be part of why i got MS.
Reaserch is coming closer in understanding under what circumstance MS develops.
